The short version of the home buying process is as follows:

1. Client comes in for initial consultation.
2. Client meets with mortgage broker to ascertain buying power.
3. Client tours available homes in buying range.
4. Client signs prepared offer.
5. Client goes to settlement and title passes.
6. Client moves in new home.

As you can see, in our system, the Client always comes first. We will be your advisor and advocate. You will control the process. We will guide you through each phase and as mentioned before, remain available for consultation throughout the process.
